Our guest on this week’s edition of Real Estate Renovators is Mike Green.

Mike started in the real estate business at 19 and has since built Harcourts International into one of Australia’s most successful and admired companies.

A couple of years ago he stepped back from the Managing Director role he’d fulfilled for 20 years and now works alongside the CEO and Executive Team as Executive Director of Operations.

As he tells RER’s Bill Nikolouzakis, while some things have changed in the industry – notably that it has become more professional and more of a career of choice – the basics haven’t changed.
