Emily left her corporate job to strike out on her own as a buyer’s advocate because she saw a gap in the market.

It turned out to be a pretty good decision, as she’s become very successful and highly sought after.

Unlike some buyer’s advocates, she only takes on a maximum of 10 clients at a time and she only represents people buying a home to live in.

Emily tells the team what she does and how she does it, as well as giving us some insights into how things are looking at the moment for buyers in the Melbourne real estate market.

She also shares her approach to using social media to reach a wider audience and her expectations for the short-term future of the market.
